Job Description:
We are looking for friendly and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters. In this role, you will provide excellent service to our guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and assisting guests with any special requests. As a waiter, your role is essential to creating a positive atmosphere and ensuring that our customers return.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take food and drink orders in a timely and friendly manner.
• Provide information on the menu, answer customer questions, and make recommendations as needed.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring correct orders and presentation.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Clear tables, refill drinks, and ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
• Work with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure efficient service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
