We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Content Writer to lead content creation efforts for our brand. As a Senior Content Writer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality written content across multiple platforms, including blogs, articles, website copy, social media, and email campaigns. You will oversee junior writers, ensuring content is both creative and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead content strategy and create content that aligns with the brand’s objectives.
• Write, edit, and proofread content across various channels, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Mentor and guide junior content writers, providing feedback and developing their skills.
• Conduct in-depth research to produce authoritative and engaging content.
• Analyze content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into content development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of professional writing experience, with a proven portfolio.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in managing a team of writers (preferred).
