Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. You will manage a team of construction workers and collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Oversee the work of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed on the site.
• Inspect work sites for quality and compliance with building codes.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to discuss project progress and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and safety inspections.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A degree or certification in construction management (preferred).
