Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Analyst to join our team. As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving the organization’s IT systems, ensuring they meet operational needs and enhance business performance. You will work closely with various departments to understand their requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather and document system requirements and business needs.
• Develop technical specifications and provide recommendations for system upgrades, improvements, or changes.
• Design, test, and implement IT solutions to meet business objectives.
• Conduct regular system evaluations, identify potential issues, and offer solutions to address them.
• Monitor the performance of IT systems and assist with troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Ensure that IT solutions comply with security standards and business continuity plans.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and management.
• Provide ongoing support and training for end-users on IT systems and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Analyst, System Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software applications, and business systems.
• Experience with system analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Knowledge of database management and programming languages such as SQL, Java, or Python (preferred).
• Proficiency in network administration and security protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
