Construction Project Manager

Job Description:
We are hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality control. This role involves working closely with clients, contractors, and teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Supervise the procurement of materials and resources.
  • Manage contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams.
  • Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Handle project risks, including safety concerns and unforeseen challenges.
  • Communicate project progress, updates, and challenges to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience using project management software.
